Explaining the Mystery
This is my first post. Even as I am a little nervous about letting the world read my thoughts I know how important it is to begin to dialogue and to learn from other's writings and experiences. I hope this blog will serve as a place for community and information sharing.
Tomorrow at NLBC (http://www.scrantonchurch.com/) we are continuing our Theology of Risk series. We have been looking at the risks God wants people to take. This week we are exploring the only risk a person should never take: dying without Jesus.
Please pray as I continue to study and put thoughts together that will help explain the mystery of knowing God through Jesus Christ forever. We are even using a visual to help us understand. Visuals have a notorious reputation of going awry. Pray for that too.
