National Outreach Convention Day 3
Craig Groeschel from Lifechurch.tv was today's main session speaker. I have heard Craig once before and just like last time he didn't pull any punches. He spoke from Mark and the story of the paralytic man who was brought to Jesus by his friends. They had to go to some great lengths to make it happen. They had to break apart a roof! Here is the question Groeschel asked us, "when is the last time you busted something to get someone to Jesus?".
He reminded us that these were innovative men who did not let a lack of resources hinder them in their mission. The parallel should be obvious. Even if we do not possess unlimited resources we are still expected to bring people to Jesus. Period. A simple formula would look like this limited resources + increasing passion = exponential innovation.
The point I can take home today is this: Innovative leaders break the rules!

Tomorrow I head for Victory Ranch in Moreno Valley, CA to speak for a church retreat.

Hey, Pastor Andy! I hope you still remember who I am. And I saw that you mentioned Victory Ranch. Thank you so much for coming. I was convicted and had my eyes open wider. The lesson off the book of Daniel was awesome. I learned so much and it was just a blessing to be there. God keep you and your family safe.
